Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical items that have been installed, used, or tampered with
- Products without original packaging or missing components
- Items purchased under special offers, clearance, or bulk orders (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product along with your invoice
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered based on product availability
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are generally borne by the customer
- In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping
