Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical items that have been installed, used, or tampered with
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Items purchased under special offers, clearance, or bulk orders (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product along with your invoice
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered based on product availability

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are generally borne by the customer
  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping
